Our Kalwanji Nan is handmade dough, stretched and baked fresh in a traditional charcoal tandoor, then generously topped with kalonji (nigella) seeds for a warm, earthy aroma and a subtle peppery bite. Light, fluffy on the inside with a lightly charred crust, it’s the perfect companion to our BBQ grills, curries, and kababs — or delicious simply torn and dipped on its own.
