Mansaf is the national dish of Jordan and a symbol of Arab hospitality. Our Fresh Lamb Mansaf uses Naimi lamb, cooked until tender and served over rice with a tangy, creamy mansaf sauce, classically made with jameed (dried yogurt).

Every order includes the mansaf sauce, fresh salad and a sweet. It’s a generous, meaningful dish for honoring guests at weddings, family occasions and special events.
